Rose Ganguzza

Rose Ganguzza is known in indie circles as the 'godmother of emerging filmmakers'. Many of Ganguzza’s films have been made by first-time filmmakers, including 'Afterschool' (Antonio Campos), 'Kill Your Darlings' (John Krokidas), 'Margin Call' (J.C. Chandor) and 'The Guitar' (Amy Redford).

Ganguzza’s other films include 'New York, I Love You'; 'The Romantics'; 'The Words'; and 'Someday This Pain Will Be Useful to You'. More recently she produced the period drama 'The Chaperone' with PBS, written by Julian Fellowes; 'Poms' with STX, a comedy starring Diane Keaton and Jacki Weaver, and 'Fatima', with Sonia Braga and Harvey Keitel, distributed by Picturehouse.

Ganguzza has also produced or executive produced a number of documentaries, including 'Blue Gold: American Jeans', 'Trashed' and 'New York at the Movies'.

Ganguzza is extensively experienced in the global market and has carried out numerous co-productions, structuring film and television deals throughout Europe, South America and Asia.

Jake Alden-FalconerJake was recently a producer of the breakout Netflix #1 hit, 1BR (2020), a ‘fresh’ and ‘psychologically nuanced thriller’ (New York Times), and one of Rotten Tomatoes’ Top Movies of 2020. His other feature films include The Chaperone (2019), by Academy Award-winning writer Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey), and Fatima (2020), on both of which he was an Associate Producer, as well as Paul Schrader’s First Reformed (2017), starring Ethan Hawke, nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. As a director, his short films and videos have featured in fashion and culture magazines such as Vice, Dazed & Confused, Kaltblut, and i-D, and at The Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts, MA. He previously wrote for The Independent newspaper and The i and worked in literary fiction at Jonathan Cape (Penguin) and 4th Estate (HarperCollins). He studied at the University of Cambridge, where he graduated with a double first, and subsequently at Harvard University, where he was a Herchel Smith scholar.

Max Born

Max Born is a New York based film producer and financier who studied at NYU Tisch School is the Arts.

Born most recently produced the upcoming Netflix drama The Devil All The Time directed by Antonio Campos - an adaptation of the novel by the same name; which Born and Campos developed together. The cast includes Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Eliza Scanlen, Bill Skarsgard and Riley Keough.

His past credits include: James White, for which he was nominated for Gotham and Independent Spirit awards; The Eyes of My Mother and Piercing, both directed by Nick Pesce; and Tyrel’, directed by Golden Globe nominee Sebastian Silva. These films premiered at Sundance Film Festival and were distributed thereafter. 

With years of experience in Independent film production and financing, Born is currently focused on developing films and he continues to collaborate with Campos and Pesce.


Myra Morris

Myra has a strong background in TV and film production and has developed and produced projects for studios large and small all over the globe.

She was executive producer for Hallmark Channel’s movie, Appetite for Love with Taylor Cole and Andrew Walker, and Freeform’s perennial holiday movie, Snow with Tom Cavanagh and Ashley Williams.

Myra also oversaw the development of award-winning films, primarily screenplay adaptations of novels, for the acclaimed anthology franchise, Hallmark Hall of Fame. These include St. Maybe, with Tom McCarthy; A Season for Miracles, with Carla Gugigno, Grace and Glorie, with Diane Lane, Night Ride Home, with Rebecca De Mornay; Sarah Plain and Tall: Winter’s End with Glenn Close and Chris Walken, Cupid & Cate with Mary-Louise Parker, and The Love Letter with Campbell Scott and Jennifer Jason Leigh.

In addition, she has served as writer and producer on documentaries for Biography, Dan Rather Reports, the ACLU, MSNBC, TLC, and ID.  She has been a consultant to various media companies and was Executive Director of the Los Angeles Learning Annex, where she programmed, directed and produced celebrity-driven live events and expos.

Francine Ganguzza

Francine is responsible for Marketing and Branded Content.

Francine has worked as a Production Manager for Hollywood/NYC Productions where she produced high concept special event projects for such clients as The 92nd Street Y.  With a  strong background in advertising and brand marketing, Fran began working with product placement teams in TV and Film for such clients as Unilever, Post and Verizon.

She recently worked as the product placement coordinator on Rose Pictures’ film, POMS, cross branding the E-Z-GO Golf cars within the film, and additionally at the upcoming premiere and promotional events. Fran has also successfully produced the Award Winning Documentary, 4CHOSEN and HARRY: A COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN, which she co-wrote/co-directed.
